A Member may elect to forfeit their Bonus Balance at any time by contacting support. Upon forfeiture, any Real Money Balance that was locked pending completion of bonus wagering will be released for withdrawal, subject to KYC completion.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within the period stated in Clause 16.2, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body under international commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
